1.Klik Star Menu

2. type UAC in search option and hit the link Change User Account Control Setting

3. when u hit the link change user account control setting then u'll see notify pointer is up and defult notify

4. now u need to do the notify pointer down and never notify me and do this and click ok

 5. now u can install ur visual basic in win7
